Therefore food product safety is wanted by consumer and it is responsibility of management in producer companies. Therefore according to quality management terminology; we must look at food safety as quality parameter.

Using of ISO 9001 certificate; ISO 9001 certificate is wanted from too many customers. This certificate provides solo advantages of market. But this is short notice.

OHSAS 18001 was issued by BSI (British Standards Institute) as ‘’occupational health and safety’’.

OHSAS 18001 is for employee health and occupational safety rather than safety of product and services.
